We’d love to have everyone close by for the weekend.

We have reserved a room block at The Partridge Inn, a historic hotel in Augusta.

This will be our home base for the weekend and our recommended place to stay for wedding guests.

Parking and valet service are available at the hotel.

If you’re planning to celebrate with us at the bar, we strongly recommend arranging transportation from the hotel rather than driving to Windsor Manor.

Getting to Augusta

FLYING IN

For guests traveling by air, Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) is the closest airport to the wedding.

Guests may also choose to fly into a larger regional airport, Atlanta (ATL), and drive to Augusta, depending on flight availability and pricing. THE GROMME TBD XXXXXX

DRIVING IN

Augusta is easily accessible by car, and having one can be helpful if you plan to explore during the weekend.

Once you arrive, though, you may want to leave it at the hotel on Saturday.

Guest parking is available at Windsor Manor for those who choose to drive.

Please note that vehicles cannot be left at the venue overnight. If you plan to enjoy the hosted bar, we recommend leaving your car at The Partridge Inn and arranging a ride to and from Windsor Manor.

The Partridge Inn offers on-site parking and valet service, making it easy to leave your car at the hotel for the evening.

However you choose to get there, please make your plans ahead of time so you can celebrate with us and get home safely.

GETTING AROUND

Once you’re in Augusta, getting around is fairly simple—but we recommend making a plan for wedding night before the first glass is poured.

Rideshare services, including Uber, are available throughout Augusta and the Hephzibah area. Because Windsor Manor sits outside the heart of Augusta, we strongly recommend scheduling your ride in advance, especially for your trip back to the hotel after our send-off. Local taxi services are also available if you prefer to arrange transportation ahead of time.

If you’re staying at The Partridge Inn, you can leave your car at the hotel and arrange a ride to and from Windsor Manor. If you choose to drive to the wedding, guest parking is available at the venue—but cars cannot be left at Windsor Manor overnight.

The bar is on us. The ride home is up to you—so make a plan, celebrate with us, and get home safely.

Where should we stay?

We recommend staying at The Partridge Inn, where we’ve reserved a room block for our guests. It will serve as our home base for the weekend and offers on-site parking and valet parking.

Do I need to stay at The Partridge Inn?

Not at all! You’re welcome to stay wherever works best for you. We chose The Partridge Inn as our recommended hotel so guests who would like to stay together have an easy option.

Will transportation be provided to the wedding?

No. Transportation to and from Windsor Manor will not be provided, so please make your plans in advance. You may drive yourself or arrange a rideshare or other transportation.

Can I drive to Windsor Manor?

Absolutely. Guest parking is available at Windsor Manor. Just remember that cars cannot be left at the venue overnight, so if you plan to enjoy the hosted bar, we recommend leaving your car at the hotel and arranging a ride instead.

Can I leave my car at The Partridge Inn?

If you’re staying at The Partridge Inn, the hotel offers parking and valet parking, so you can leave your car there while you’re celebrating with us.

Will Uber or Lyft be available?

Rideshare is available in the Augusta area, but Windsor Manor is outside the center of the city. We recommend arranging your transportation in advance rather than waiting until the end of the evening—especially for the ride back after our send-off.

What time should I arrange my ride home?

Our evening will conclude with our send-off at 10:30 PM. If you’re scheduling transportation in advance, plan your pickup for shortly afterward and allow yourself enough time to join us for the send-off first.

Which airport should I fly into?

Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) is the closest airport. Depending on where you’re traveling from, you may find more flight options by flying into a larger nearby airport (ATL) and driving to Augusta.

Should I rent a car?

It depends on your plans for the weekend. If you’re staying at The Partridge Inn and primarily joining us for the wedding, you may be perfectly comfortable using rideshare. If you plan to explore Augusta or the surrounding area, a rental car may be more convenient.

When should I arrive in Augusta?

We recommend arriving by Friday, March 19, so you can get settled and enjoy the weekend without rushing on Saturday. Our room block is planned for Friday through Sunday.

When should I book my hotel and travel?

Earlier is better. Once you know you’ll be joining us, we recommend reserving your room and making your travel arrangements rather than waiting until the wedding gets closer.

What if my travel plans change?

Please check directly with your airline, hotel, rental-car company, or transportation provider regarding changes and cancellations. If a change affects your wedding RSVP, just let us know as soon as you can.
