195 Days To Go!

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM. We recommend arriving about 20–30 minutes early so you have plenty of time to park, make your way through the gardens, and find your seat.

Where is the wedding?

Both our ceremony and reception will take place at Windsor Manor in Augusta. Once you arrive, the evening will unfold throughout the property, from the ceremony garden to cocktails on the lawn and dinner and dancing at the reception.

What should I wear?

We’d love for everyone to dress up with us! Formal Attire is required. Keep in mind that Windsor Manor is a garden estate, so you’ll spend portions of the evening outdoors and walking across grass and garden paths. Block heels, wedges, or other grass-friendly shoes are a good idea.

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outdoors in the garden, followed by cocktail hour on the lawn. Dinner and dancing will be held in Windsor Manor’s covered reception space. March evenings can cool down after sunset, so you may want to bring a light layer. Heaters will be on site. Xxxxxxxxxxx

What happens after the ceremony?

Head to the lawn for cocktail hour! There will be a bar, passed hors d’oeuvres, lawn games, and plenty of time to explore and mingle while we take a few photographs. From there, we’ll all make our way to the reception for dinner and dancing.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Because our celebration is intimate, we’re only able to accommodate the guests named on each invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, their name or the option to add them will appear when you RSVP.

Are children invited?

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you’ll enjoy the opportunity for a night out with us.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We’d love for you to be fully present with us while we exchange our vows, so we’re asking guests to keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony. Once we’re officially married, take as many photos as you’d like!

Will there be food and drinks?

Absolutely. We’ll begin with drinks and hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by dinner, cake, and more drinks at the reception.

What if I have a dietary restriction or food allergy?

Please let us know when you RSVP. We’ll do our best to make sure everyone has something they can comfortably enjoy.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes. Guest parking is available at Windsor Manor. Follow the signs when you arrive, then make your way through the property toward the ceremony garden.

What happens if it rains?

We’ll be keeping a close eye on the weather as the day approaches and have plans in place should Mother Nature decide to join the celebration. Any important changes guests need to know will be communicated before the wedding - the venue is versatile.

When does the wedding end?

Dinner and dancing will carry us through the evening, with our send-off at 10:30 PM. When the last song plays, we’ll gather together for one final celebration before we say goodnight.

Where should we stay?

We’ve arranged accommodations for our guests nearby. Head to the Travel section of our website for hotel information, room-block details, and everything you’ll need for the weekend.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

No. Cars cannot be left at Windsor Manor overnight, so please plan your transportation accordingly if you’ll be drinking. If you’re staying at The Partridge Inn, parking and valet service are available at the hotel. We encourage everyone to make a plan for getting back safely before the celebration begins.

When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by [RSVP TBD] using the RSVP section of our website. Even if you’re unable to attend, we’d appreciate you letting us know by the deadline.

I still have a question. Who should I ask?

If we somehow missed something, feel free to reach out. As the wedding gets closer, we may be a little slower to respond, so please check the website first ~ we’ll keep it updated with anything you need to know.
